1. Accepted payment methods

We accept [UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets] and, where available, Cash on Delivery. Options shown at checkout may vary by order value and PIN code.

2. Currency and taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST invoice is issued for every order.

3. Payment security

Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway over an encrypted connection. my-tshirts.in does not receive or store your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN.

4. Authorisation and failures

Your order is confirmed only once payment is authorised. If money is debited but the order does not confirm, the amount is normally reversed by your bank within [X] business days. If it is not, contact [support email] with the transaction reference and we will trace it.

5. Cash on Delivery

Where offered, COD may be limited by order value or location, and a handling fee of [amount] may apply. Please keep the exact amount ready.

6. Invoices

An invoice is emailed on dispatch and is available under My Orders & Tracking.

7. Pricing errors

If an item is listed at a clearly incorrect price we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund you in full.

8. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most disputes are resolved faster directly. We cooperate fully with bank investigations.
