We are a print-on-demand company, which means that every item is specially made after you place an order. Because of this, our policies differ from traditional retail stores. Please read the following carefully to understand how our order, return, and refund processes work.
π§΅ What is Print-on-Demand?
At My-tshirts.in, we donβt keep products in stock. Instead, when you place an order:
- Your selected design, size, and color are sent to our production partners (like Printify/Qikink).
- The product is printed and created specifically for you.
- It is then shipped directly to your address.
This approach allows us to offer:
- A wide variety of designs and styles
- Sustainable production with no wasted inventory
- Personalized products made just for you
However, because each product is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for most issues.


β What We Cannot Accept Returns or Exchanges For
Since each product is created based on your order, we do not offer returns or exchanges if:
- You ordered the wrong size or fit
- You selected the wrong color
- You changed your mind after placing the order
- You made a mistake in your design selection
π‘ Tip: Please refer to our size chart and product descriptions before ordering to make sure everything is just right for you!
β When You Can Get a Refund or Replacement
We take pride in offering high-quality printed products. However, if you receive an item with one of the following issues, we will happily offer a free replacement or full refund:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- Thereβs a manufacturing defect
- The product has a misprint or error in design placement


Time Limit to Report an Issue
If you experience any of the above problems, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please use our “Submit Issue” form and include the following:
- A clear photo of the problem (showing the misprint, damage, or defect)
- A short description of what went wrong
- Your order ID and delivery date
Once we verify the issue, we will process your refund or send a new item at no extra cost to you.
π Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly through automated systems:
- Cancellations are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order
- After that, the order goes into production and cannot be changed or canceled
